Integrate via CSV instructions


  • You must add one information per column
  • You must add one item per line (if two items in one order, you will add two lines with the same order number)
  • Order number must be different from each other.

How to set-up you CSV import.

If you are following the template (Can be downloaded from here and contains the default field mappings.) You don't need to modify anything.

However, the order of your columns may vary. You can customize your column order under Settings > CSV Format. Remember to click 'Save' after making any changes for them to apply

If you tick: Use column numbers you must enter the column number where the information in located (enter the number 6 in front of name if the name is located in the 6th column)

If you tick the "Column name" the header of your CSV file column need to match the column name below.

Importing using CSV files: 

Go to Import > upload CSV file.

Select a CSV file from your computer and Click on import CSV. When the import completed click close.


--> To import via the Agent follow these steps:

Download the agent from here.

Once installed, run it and log in using your StarShipIt login details. Once logged in go to the monitor tab, enable it,  and set up folders. The 'Folder to monitor' will be the folder searched for CSV files to import. The 'Writeback' folder is not currently in use and may be assigned the same folder as above. See below.
