Now you will be able to print a label but StarShipIT has plenty more features to help you process orders faster:
- Boxes and Weights
You can add some custom box sizes and specs to your StarShipIT account to help organise your shipping.
This is helpful if you ship oddly shaped items, large volumes of small items or for Fastway customers. You can also import the weights of items from your eCommerce platform.
For instructions on how to do this, you can read more here.
- Choosing Writeback options
Depending on what systems you have in place for processing your orders, you may not want StarShipIT to automatically update orders in your eCommerce platform.
For information about this option, you can read more here.
- Default Carriers
Setting default carriers can make your shipping experience faster.
Default options are automatically applied to any imported orders that fit the criteria.
E.g. you could set a specific carrier to be assigned to international orders. This means that any orders you import into StarShipIT will have that carriers services automatically assigned to them.
For more detailed information about setting a default carrier read more here.
- Importing Orders
Imported orders are added to the 'Unshipped' page in the 'Shipping' screen of your account. For more detailed information on importing orders, read more here.
- Address Validation
The address validation tool helps to correct errors in the customers address according to shipping constraints.
For more detailed information on how to use the tool go here.
